Raw data files from 23andMe, Ancestry, MyHeritage, Living DNA and Family Tree DNA. Files from other providers are not supported yet.
Log in to the provider that ran your test and request a raw data download. The request takes a few minutes. Some providers let you download the file straight away, and others email you a link, which can take a day or more. You can order first: after checkout we send your upload link and the export steps for each of the five providers.
